I will be offering an eight week program on circling/ T- group beginning Feb.7. I want to share why I am doing so. I call these practices oxogen for my heart and soul. I feel they were crucial in carrying me through the lockdown and supporting me in developing incredible self love and acceptance. They have brought such self awareness, inner and outer connection, grounding and tend to attract people i delight in spending time with, seemingly also committed to authenticity and Presence. When I tried yesterday not to run our usual T-group in Wild Hearts, I practically had a mutiny on my hands! One person said the practice sets her up for her whole week in a more grounded way and helps here with nervous system regulation. The other who initially resisted the practice said she is now come to deeply appreciate it. (Tell me if I am misquoting. You know who you are.) I truly believe these practices do so much to antidote the separation and devision that is all too common. I believe they are medicine for the soul and balm for traumatized hearts. I believe the self awareness and profound communication skills offered have both deeply impacted my closest relationships yet also was crucial in coming into a celebration of this sensitivity and supported me in laughing more that I ever have in my life. I have also developed a wonderful community and love how these practices help me feel more connected to others. Admittedly this is after 2 1/2 years of practice. For me this initial eight weeks may have you develop what for me is a very healthy “addiction.”
Details: I will be offering an eight week program to facilitate connection, self awareness, grounding and intimacy. The event begins February 7 from 2-3:45 pm. The program is a present moment awareness practice called T- group and an inter-relational practice called circling where we will be doing our best to get our own and others’ worlds. We will explore powerful communication skills that can support our relationships. Practices such as not making assumptions, using ownership language and doing our best to truly understand what another is attempting to say to us can lead to deeper, more intimate relationships.
When weather permits, done outside on sacred land in Penn Valley to promote grounding. Otherwise in private home. Sliding scale. Space extremely limited.

The practices often leads to amazing insights and for me and many I circle/ T- group with, has been very supportive for nervous system regulation. While one of the principles is not to fix or change oneself or another, many experience significant inner and outer transformation. These practices have been life altering for me and supported me in deepening my closest relationships, having the skills to promote greater intimacy with self and other developing incredible self acceptance while accessing an abiding inner peace. I love it!!!. I truly believe these practices are part of the antidote for these times.
