❤ Way of Mastery and The Course in Miracles. My bibles for so long. Self study guides to consciousness and unity. I have recently begun studying A Course of Love and while it took me a long time to get in to it, now loving Book Two.

❤ Memory in the Cells by Luis Diaz. This book is by the originator of Cellular Memory Release. A how to about releasing the pain body and beliefs to help remember who you truly are. I assisted in editing this book and do this work professionally.
❤ The Eye of the I by David R. Hawkins. Excellent book that explains about various levels of higher consciousness and what it takes to access these levels.
❤ Books on the enneagram. For those of you unfamiliar with the enneagram, my dictionary defines it as a nine-sided figure used in a particular system of analysis to represent the spectrum of possible personality types. It is a very old and wise system, that use to only be available to adepts with years of training. The two books that helped me are Personality Types: Using the Enneagram for Self-Discovery by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson (Oct 29, 1996) and The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram: Nine Faces of the Soul by Sandra Maitri (Feb 19, 2001).

❤ University of Santa Monica. I received my Master’s from this University in California. Offers several programs which combine self healing with course work. It is a weekend program once a month attended by students from around the world. Very powerful.

The heart of Dr. Holden’s talk resonated deeply with the foundations of Spiritual Psychology—awakening to the Soul’s essence, the innate state of Being where Meaning, Purpose, Fulfillment, Joy, Love, Aliveness, and Freedom are always present. As Dr. Holden explained:
“When we forget who we are, we get neurotic … then we experience that myth of inadequacy … . The challenge of authenticity is not to change ourselves … but to change our mind about ourselves … . We’re not a self-improvement project.”
Dr. Holden elaborated how the goal of any facilitator is to remind the client or person sharing of their essential nature:
“I honestly believe the goal is to remember who we are. To uphold the memory of wholeness is to be able to say, ‘I appreciate that you may have forgotten about who you are and you may have forgotten your wholeness, but I will be a witness of your wholeness … . I will remember for you your wholeness so you can remember your wholeness … . Whenever you think that something is missing from your life—remember, it is probably you.’”
