Grateful

I am doing a practice on another site and was thrilled to see all I have to be grateful for in the last day. How about you? The list is unedited. Here is a link to the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/136760780010455/

Grateful:
to delve even deeper into the way I have limited myself
gorgeous sleep for about 10 hours!
feeding wild mustangs
watering my enighbors gorgeous plants and getting seed from her plants
doing yoga with my daughter
huge belly laughs with my daughter
being able to say “whatever you say” and not enegage when someone needed to be right
cool nights and days
clear air
seeing 80 miles to the coastal range
witnessing how the energy some call anxiety comes and goes and is less constant then I had previously perceived
finding joy and the energy others call anxiety can co-exist, albeit in tiny ways right now
carving a pumpkin and not needing to have it look the way I prefer
inner freedom,
my guides]
increasing inutition
my gorgeous home on this specaular land
birds
witnessing intesne gratitude from two people and being inspired
my daughter getting to fulfill her dream for “free”, riding horses in exchange for helping with them
my guides, teachers, mentors
living in these times
friends
waking up ever more deeply to genuine graittude
incredible insight into what is stirring up so much fear in me
super aware of how couregeously I have marched to my own drummer with literally no one believing I can actually pull it off
the courage to follow my own vision, despite how it conflicts with the beliefs of almost everyone I know
celebrating me , my courage and mastery
celebrating you, your courage and mastery

  1. Lovely!
One of my daily practices is when I go to bed, I count on my fingers (or beads) what I’m grateful for that day. Some days more than others, of course, but it’s amazing that even on “bad” days there are things to be grateful for! (I think it also helps me relax and fall asleep faster, too. 🙂 )

    • We do it at our meals and then I do it in the morning, great way to start and yes, amazing how much there is even on “bad” days.
