How to Find the Gift in Any Shit Storm

Someone who prefers to remain anonymous agreed to let me share this, wisdom indeed:

How to Find the Gift in Any Shit Storm
I have personally had a near two year experience of one bodily issue after another. It has been the most difficult time of my life. I had to get stripped to the bone with body issues until I had nowhere to run, and was out of options to fix them. I had to come face to face with the shit that continued to come my way from my field that had never been healed.
Yep… from experience, the healing is indeed in the feeling I have come to know. The gift is in feeling the feelings the shit that arises bring up, along with the feelings that arise when the shit hits the fan (no spiritual obedience with any emotion). If you are furious with something, feel it until it burns up. If you are feeling disgust, go for it. If you have had enough, voice it! If you want to tell the universe off, give it hell. No emotion is left unheard. If it has been buried alive without allowing its full life expression, it remains in the field. This is the gift. If something is ticking us off, it is providing us with the opportunity to feel it fully. And until we do, the opportunities continue to knock at the door.
If the opportunity has to do with the body it means the body is calling for more nurturing. Any healing crises is telling us we are accelerating at a rapid rate, if we but take the opportunity. These things provide a radicle breakthrough in the shortest amount of time, if we choose to take the opportunity not to judge any emotion as less than one we would prefer.
What kept me in the loop that has driven me crazy at times, is the judgment I had against them. I did not want to have them, understandably, let alone feel them or the emotions that arose from them. I spent a small fortune trying to fix them in the process (tests to tinctures – you name it). Rather now I see them as the next teacher here to free me from judgment.
When these things are nurtured enough and have nothing more to teach us, they become a thing of the past. If we declare that “this is the greatest thing that ever happened to me,” we are no longer judging it. We have found the gift. And once the gift has been opened and we see what it is, we are no longer wondering why the hell or what the hell is in the gift. smile emoticon and it then has nothing more to teach us. And if it has nothing more to teach us we are free. The field no longer carries this weight that has never been lifted out of the field, through allowing the feeling to complete its journey through us.
And if we have any attachment to it leaving, it is still a judgment and it sticks around. It still wants our loving allowance and attention. It in no way wants to be ignored or pushed aside, and will pester us, like a child who is insistent on getting our attention, is heard. And it might have to get really loud to be heard. smile emoticon
