After years without tears, since the eclipse, I cry often. It is sacred grief over all the times I betrayed my own innocence or believed in separation. My tears are not painful nor do they create suffering for me. Rather they are tears of liberation that I truly celebrate, whether or not they are comfortable. I feel such a sense of release through my tears. I bless these tears. Thank you to my TTC family for holding sacred space for the tears to flow with such grace.
