heroes or mice?

When I was in college I was in an experiment where they asked us to solve math problems as they watched us work. The first few were quire complicated but then they put in ones with an easier pattern for answering and saw how long it took for us to find the easier way. Women took longer then men.
Here’s how it relates to now. Many of us have been through grueling experience designed to wake us up. But in the process many of us may have developed a fixed mind set about what is happening and how it can be resolved. Our previous or current weariness may lead us to the conclusion nothing has changed or will change instead of allowing us to see the miracles here daily, the possibilities for resurrection available in the now.
At our general high school meeting two nights ago they provided statistical proof of how people with a growth mind set do better then those with a fixed mind set. Are we willing to not yet be skilled in a certain area yet still know all is well and that we will reach the places in consciousness that we know instinctively are our true nature? Or will we collapse in exhaustion and hopelessness assuring ourselves we are screwed and nothing is or will ever change?
Insomnia is an excellent teacher. When we can’t fall asleep for the third night in a row do we assume we will never sleep, angst about how horrible our day will be on little sleep or do we lay peacefully knowing we will survive and this too shall pass. Insomnia slowly and desperately taught me the later.
One of my favorite expressions now is “it appears as though…” this will never work out, this dream will not come to fruition, this project is finished without success. “A Course in Miracles” urges us to see past appearances, to know and trust our own inherent divinity that is integrating our wholelyness, our holiness as quickly as feasible. Can we dive into cellular trust know the Mystery is working its magic? Can we see and appreciate ourselves as the pioneers of consciousness we are, heroes shifting a planet’s frequency, the superstars who will be honored for eons? Can we remember we are light bearers strategically positioned around the globe to create a new earth? Can we honor our roles in this planetary awakening? Or do we perceive ourselves as fallible mice cowering under invincible forces, collapsing under the weight of unmet expectations? The choices is ours to remember our own Divinity regardless of what our eyes “appear” to show us. 14202573_1783553271885704_6975769687463345314_n
