With so much love in my heart I am seeing the ways that I had been inadvertently and unconsciously choosing separation. I feel so much energy moving through the heart as a new level of awareness has allowed me to spot and sometimes even move beyond these life long or even eons long patterns. If ever I was unkind to you or even cruel because of my own unconsciousness, I ask for your forgiveness. For all the times that I have been so cruel to myself, I ask for my own forgiveness and of course I extend it fully in every moment I see it. Grateful grateful grateful.
