One of my best friend’s family in Austria, Uschi, always made apricot jam around July when the apricots came in. Occasionally I was involved in the process. I often was given a jar to take with. It was amazing.
Literally for decades I’ve wanted to make my own jam but it seemed way too complicated. Seemed way out of my comfort zone and my ability zone. This recipe was easy. Super grateful. Feeling super proud. Thank you Eileen for the encouragement and the recipe.
