An old heaviness sitting in the belly. Want to run run run. How can I avoid this old companion? Will see which voice wins – embracing it or running from it.

I really really love all the suggestions. Don’t listen to it, run away from it run towards it. I feel cared for. And here’s the amazing thing. I’m laying in my hammock laughing my head off. I’m trying to imagine shutting down the voice And not listening to it, running away from it and running towards it all at the same time. And the answer to that was belly laughs and amusement at the absurdity of it all.

Reading your suggestion Matt I have it. I had a huge epiphany. I have a new technique that I know is going to sweep the world. I’m sure within minutes I’ll have billions of followers. I call it the fuck it approach. No matter what happens just say fuck it and move on. For some reason it’s giving me more belly laughs.

You know by now you cannot avoid it or run away from it. It will catch up on you.

I’m not 100% that’s true anymore. I can’t put it into words but it feels like there’s a quantum choice to just simply jump timelines or “run”to another timeline. That may or may not make sense to anyone but me. Feels like an entire new dimension is opening up for me.

I’ve been witnessing and feeling an ‘old’ energy pattern’s of we recycle energy streams and connections.

Allowing that in an ultimate loving truth, exactly how it is wanting to happen, and exactly how to greet something from this place.

Taking a deep dive into Pristine and Pure Awareness, meeting each moment from this place, and with none of what’s been before.

It can feel like one is on an edge when you begin, if one chooses, and yet it is radically and widely free, in the now. Then I’ve felt the softening into it, as one does when you first experience icy cold water on the skin, and then it becomes softer.

It just maybe that we are each to ‘hone in’ as to what feels wholly true in how we embrace, BE with and move into this new.

I can understand why you felt to run in circles you got every possible suggestion. Just shows that nobody knows what’s right for us but our selves
