Listened to this for the second time and it still blows my mind. I’m taking a meditation course called luminous awareness and she speaks of the third level of consciousness as awake awareness. Yet I can see now that I was looking for emptiness and calling it attending to awareness. I now see that as a misnomer. I cannot look for awareness. Awareness is who and what I am.
