Just came from a shadow workshop. Owning the shadow and celebrating it is so liberating!! Been doing this ever more throughly day to day.I can claim spiritual superiority, bitchiness, a sense of failure, ineptitude, messy, unproductive, anything and everything and truly celebrating it with joy. This is freedom and liberation for me. No need to be the ideal self, this golden child of loving perfection. Bah humbug! This one parades as the most spiritually superior person in the entire multiverse and I love it!!!! This one sometimes appear as a failure, selfish, a bitch, unkind, thoughtless and on and on. Accepting this one exactly as she right now for me IS the New. No need to be or do anything other than I am being, doing. Yahoo!
