a plea for optimism

A friend gave a group of us.a plea for optimism. At first it felt almost impossible with all the lockdowns, political divides, control, then throw in many of us having our own inner shadows emerging to be embraced. Yet as I sat with it, it is the only thing that makes sense. There is so much goodness in the world. Where I focus my attention impacts my own energy so strongly and thus indirectly the energy of those around me.
I would love to ask anyone who wishes to join in to extend optimism, hope, visions of an amazing future, endless possibilities, miracles. This is never to negate bring compassion to our own shadow/ wounds, this is rather to notice how our minds/ bodies feel if we keep our attention on chaos and/ or duality. I simply do not have the energy for it anymore .My body let’s me know in no uncertain ways that this focus on what the media or those in “power” wish to create is a no fly zone for me. My body tells me to stay focused on creating my own reality, focus on my intentions and dreams for a world resting on a foundation of Love. If your in, would you be willing to share one act of love, compassion, optimism with one person today? Let’s see how quickly all those committed to the new earth can create an new energetic field my combining our hearts.
Thanks

Avery

This is not
the age of information.
This is not
the age of information.
Forget the news,
and the radio,
and the blurred screen.
This is the time of loaves
and fishes.
People are hungry,
and one good word is bread
for a thousand.
