So May has rolled in with a powerful punch. It may have us on our knees begging for mercy! Wave after wave of high frequency energy keeps gifting our planet. Now this may be uncomfortable as it can bring a lot of residual density to the surface. To hold continuously with the creature, the human, and not abandon that lost aspect of self can be rather challenging.
When energies exactly reminiscent of childhood try to convince us that we are in a hopeless situation, that this will never end, that there is no escape, if possible we can remind ourselves that this is a trance state that is not true. It is actually a healing gift integrating old wounds IF we can stay present and embrace what is. We can remind ourselves that what is unfolding is simply an energetic imprint from the past. Now we have resources and abilities we did not have as children. These are finite states that will pass! Bring infinite compassion and mercy to our beloved and sometimes greatly beleaguered creatures. Don’t be surprised at the intensity. You are not, cannot be, will never be alone. This too shall pass and on the other side is such freedom and joy.
