I shall be released

Last night an internal wind was roaring in this one as she fought and did not succeed in not projecting on another. The house shook as this one did her best to keep her seat, not leave the room, not blame self or other. Yet a holy encounter was unfolding that has left this one shaken to the core and yet released back to innocence. The details do not matter. I awoke to a light shining on the face of the wizard in the stain glass I created years ago. It sits by this one’s bed. The face was lit from within in a way that has never happened before despite the hundreds, thousands of times I have looked at it. Today the light of innocence is shining on myself and my brothers/ sisters of the spinning planet called earth. May the light also shine on you. I heard this song in my head and then played it out loud and shook with tears of grief, release, innocence and yes, even joy. An ancient separation had lifted and the gods celebrated.

I SHALL BE RELEASED
WRITTEN BY: BOB DYLAN
They say ev’rything can be replaced Yet ev’ry distance is not near So I remember ev’ry face Of ev’ry man who put me here I see my light come shining From the west unto the east Any day now, any day now I shall be released They say ev’ry man needs protection They say ev’ry man must fall Yet I swear I see my reflection Some place so high above this wall I see my light come shining From the west unto the east Any day now, any day now I shall be released Standing next to me in this lonely crowd Is a man who swears he’s not to blame All day long I hear him shout so loud Crying out that he was framed I see my light come shining From the west unto the east Any day now, any day now I shall be released
