Tips for self care

What’s clear to me is this latest wave seems to have affected EVERYONE. While my body is still reeling and my nervous system is still FRIED, I know it is all good. I do often think who ever is in charge has exceeded design parameters sometimes but I’ve come too far to throw in the towel. I don’t like all the suffering I witness in myself and others, I wish it was all fairies and unicorns but I’ll take it as it is. If I remember who I was 7 years ago, I want to fall to my knees in gratitude. I am so much more open, loving, honest, compassionate, generous, aware, conscious, kind etc. I adore myself now, warts and all.
Dang, half my post evaporated. OK, cliff notes repeat of much much longer evaporated post. Things that might help ease the pain and suffering: hot baths with epson salts, oils, candles to pamper yourself and help the body adjust, time in nature, silence, gentleness, as much rest as possible, send I love you’s to your pain/ fear, kindness toward self and others, time in nature (yea, I know I already said that but sooo important), immersing yourself in water, prayer, focusing on your desires, visions, purpose. Know you are not alone. Sending a giant love wave and the post below in hopes it might ease this POWERFUL transition.
Here is a another post on my web site that may be useful: http://raisedinlove.com/understanding-the-energy-of-love/

And this is a great one from our friend B.J.: https://deniselefay.wordpress.com/2015/10/04/life-post-wave-x-blood-moon-eclipse-activation/

so much love beloveds, take good care of your precious self!

  1. Oops! I think you got the second link wrong….Mercury again!
Anyway, it sure is nice to know I’m not alone in all this. As if my nerves weren’t edgy enough, this is Fleet Weekend – Blue Angels screaming jets overhead. Rehearsing today, performing Fri, Sat, Sunday! And it’s warm enough in S.F. that I need to keep my windows open. Thank goodness for noise-canceling headphones, which do help some. Sure glad they don’t fly at night! 😉 And the performances are much shorter than the rehearsal.

    Big hug!

    • Yup, not in love with the heat, thanks for the heads up about the link, now can’t remember which one it was but hopefully this one. Yes, hardest hit has been my nervous system but better day by day. My sister was just in S.F. on Union Square and also complained about the noise, hope you get peace, quiet and CALM nerves. hearthug savannah
