I can relate to this, and I think it is probably what you were picking up on in our meeting on Saturday. That morning it had suddenly dawned on me that we truly are Love. ( you won’t see it until you are ready to see it etc). We are created from love, by love to be only the expression of love. And so I made the decision that from now on, I would approach everything only with a loving heart and just with that one decision, it made a complete difference to the way I felt. Not saying I don’t slip sometimes – the mind ever ready to pull you back into old familiar patterns, and I can assure you I haven’t always been the most loving I could be _ but it was like something just lifted from me. I think I would see emotions as waves of energy, or light, but electrical impulses makes sense too. <3” Ngaire Shaw
