A huge shout out to my friend John for continuing to guide me in ever deepening embodiment, lending me some inner space to pass through some gnarly shadow conditioning and loving companionship. Yesterday I introduced him to my tree/ rock friends and we had a sit. lay, hugs with them. Breaking bread together and then joining in mindfulness/ embodied practices particularly mindful walking together. The Saturday evening celebration fits my previous imaging of what life in the new earth would FEEL like. It feels/ felt like the exact day I had/ am having. How about you my loves?
