I just came from a group where we imagine KNOWING we are held by Love. I feel this more and more as an embodied experience even though there are some inner parts that have not yet been able to fully Trust. I am sadden by how many people in this group and in general can not even imagine it, that it is safe, that in the name of love, harm can occur. This heart used to be totally swamped by this suffering.
Over half the group I was in are European. I have such a desire to offer something, knowing this Love is enough. SO I told them that yesterday I was hugging my tree friend Hercules and sending love out through his roots to every tree in the world. I told my friends to run out to any tree and they would not only receive my love yet also the love of life itself, of the One, moved through the root systems of all trees. I felt such joy imaging some of them will actually do this and feel the love that is always on offer.
I hope you too will take advantage of this offer and go hug a tree. Know Hercules and I will be sending our love as does all of existence. May you feel deeply nourished and loved.
P.S. Later today I will be sending a second dose so be prepared, don’t want to knock you off your feet! If there are no trees where you live, a bush will do or even a blade of grass.
