joy experiment day 12

Today’s Joy is being snarky and bitchy. You have no idea how fun that is for a goodie two shoes, holier than thou, spiritual halo shining woman. I was exploring with a friend why a certain situation was bugging the bejesus out of me. And I realized I felt guilty for feeling angry. Anger was not an emotion that felt very comfortable as a child so I shut it down within myself.

So to let myself be snarky and bitchy with two other friends had me rolling on the floor in laughter. How absolutely fabulous to continue to blow up that spiritual ego persona. I highly recommend it.
