DARLINGS,
Those reading these post have different levels of awareness. My intention is to cover all levels of awareness with whatever I am informed to share with the intention of spreading the joy. I am still bouncing around feeling called to share information to decrease stress and increase awareness. At the level of form, stress contributes to 60-90% of all illness so I adore spreading the joy which the immune just goggles up so happily.
Now regard in the “c” word, I have no interest in where it came from or how it got here. However it got here, it will serve the purpose of the Mystery, leading to a massive wake up in service to earthkind. It has to be for the highest good or it would not be happening.
That said, our creatures can be taking a hit. This body, which for the last decade was lucky to sleep for 7 hours, now slept 10 hours last night! So far this year I have slept more than I have since my daughter was born. Yesterday climbing a slight hill I felt out of breath. Point being, take care of the body however you feel guided. This one was informed to do a 5 day fasting cleanse for the kidney’s in January and just completed a 6 day fast for liver. Now some of you reading this can drink beer for breakfast and vodka for dinner as you have completely disidentified with the body. COOL! if you know for sure you are not a body, eat whatever the hell you want. IF you are bouncing around with that truth, just be mindful and let the creature inform you what it needs. Hot Epson salt bath with lavender maybe, a soft blanket, more water, lots of fresh air, maybe some vitamin C. My fav is tossing my PJ’s in the dryer until they are toasty and then cuddling in them. YUMMY!
Darlings, trust what you receive. If you have cleared enough to access Spacious Presence, it will be coming directly from the multiverse to rock you in the arms of LOVE. This much I know for sure, you are loved and cherished and nothing you can ever do will change that. Thanks for all you are and all you offer the multiverse during this epic awakening.
