and in case it helps anyone SEE more quickly one more attempt to explain what I SEE today with a lot of help from my friends, just sent this as an email:
All this life so much PRESSURE to be good, to be spiritual, to understand, to get the practice, to advance, to face fear, to know, to release, to be fucking free and all the attempts to do so just stick me to the tar baby because if I can undo it then I must have had something to do with doing it and thus must be guilty. Yet I need do nothing to BE Who I am, and everything I do is simply to Remember that. So I had to DO all of this to know that I need do nothing. Make sense?
