This image from Paul West speaks to me deeply. For me this is a pictorial representation of my direct experience. As I release more from the ego bunker, I look and feel lighter. The body rarely gets sick, not for a year or more. I have more access to intuition, to the still voice within. to hearing answers to questions internally that leave room for zero doubt. I move from hell to heaven, suffering to joy. Interestingly, Nouk and Coreen came up with a similar image for the retreat. Minds are joined.
