I loved doing it and hopefully provided good information about dealing with the stress so many are experiencing. I spoke about typical symptoms many are experiencing from exhaustion and insomnia to bran fog and heart palpitations and listed 17 short terms things to do and 7 long terms steps to alleviate suffering.
