I am sure many if not most of us are feeling the huge surge in energy that may be wreaking havoc on our overstimulated nervous systems. It may feel like a sense of great unease, darkness, exhaustion. The trick is not to get lost in it.
It is often hard to see how this intensity serves us yet with each increase in light energy, we have the choice to be victimized by it or to use it to dive deeper into our own unlimited natures. The tendency can be to feel overwhelmed and try to push it away, get rid of the unpleasant sensations. Yet the opportunity for liberation rest in turning into the sensations, saying yes to the moment as it is. It takes mastery to be willing to love the aspect of ourself that is in so much discomfort, to say yes and welcome, to not abandon this part of ourselves that seems to create so much suffering.
These times are designed to help us surface and recognize limiting beliefs, especially those beliefs that are so core they masquerade as truth. A question “The Way of Mastery” asks is what must I be believing to have this experience? Underneath all suffering is some form of limitation. It is our minds that serve us these limitations and our bodies honor our beliefs by showing us discomfort when we have gotten lost in the forgetting of our true nature.
It can be a tricky balance to love ourselves no matter what, to make peace with the present moment and yet not be swept away by the mind games we play with ourselves, not see the link between what we believe and what we experience. It is not random or cruel rather a reflection of our deepest beliefs about ourselves and our own natures. How do we free ourself from false beliefs without judgment, shame or guilt? It never serves to beat ourselves up yet how often there is the tendency to be mad at the part of ourselves that falls in to the trap of suffering.
Breathe, darling. Slow down. Spend time in silence, in nature. Remember you are the living embodiment of Christ consciousness. Sit as the Christ for one minute, five minutes, twenty minutes. From that place of empowerment create an ideal world of peace in your mind, radiate the calm Presence living as the Christ ensures. This is not about religion, this is about Who you are. Witness the peace that radiates automatically from such a stance. Let that inner peace be the motivation to return to this place of inner Truth. YOU are the beloved. Dance with the knowing. Sweetheart, remember.
