Can I fully allow my experience as it is without spiritual gymnastics?

I am coming to a greater awareness of a subtle form of self rejection I experience when things don’t go as I prefer. They can culminate in me seeing my experience as the enemy and using spiritual gymnastics to shift what is. My awareness of the cost of this and why it does not work keeps growing but for me it is super subtle. How can I allow my experience without trying to get away from it? wow, this is big for me after a very uncomfortable morning, running from the discomfort. Love the way Mare explained it. Give it a look.

On Anxiety/Sleeplessness and Judgment/Manifestation
Great subtraction/repeat-after-me for anxiety/sleeplessness:
I accept that I am anxious because of sleepless nights.
I accept that I am anxious because of sleepless
I accept that I am anxious because
I accept that I am anxious
I accept that I am
I accept that
I accept
I
The goal here is not to make anxiety the enemy. What if you allowed yourself to surrender instead of fight what is only here to help you? What if you allowed anxiety to be the helper… enabling you to become more embodied, by stopping to relax, slowing your breath down, loving your own heart, and welcoming it home.
Anxiety arises to slow us down; to become more relaxed. Rather than try to get away from anxiety, if we OPEN to it, we find something BIG opens up. Anxiety is not here to harm us. It is here to remind us of the things that are most truthful in existence. When we are relaxed it is obvious what is the highest truth of all. In that way it is our friend, never foe.
When it comes to manifestation…
“We only manifest the things we judge until we start loving the things we judge. We attract what we judge until we no longer judge what we attract. We are only attracting the very next thing that is desperate for our love.
Can I accept that this is only here to be loved, and that it will only orbit my field until it is embraced? This is the culmination of unconditional love… loving everything equally.” — Thank you Matt
Love Is the Foolproof Path – a path that goes on until it is just love loving love.
