I just put out the newsletter which has been a bit of a challenge as it involves so many steps yet each time I do it with more humor and grace. I spoke of the power of these times and our abilities to command the energies. I said it is essential to do so with self love and innocence. Yesterday I facilitated my History of Loving group. In all my offerings, I find it so difficult to convey the possibilities, the new understanding, the tools and yet ensure all is resting on a foundation of self love and innocence. It took me so long to get off spiritual ego trying to whip myself into shape. I just listened to part of Matt Kahn’s Angel Academy. I heard a woman doing what I used to do, trying to command herself into shape. This does not work. So what I most wish to convey is self love is the foundation of EVERYTHING. Yes, better to have horrible thoughts, never be present, command nothing, do zero spiritual practices, never meditate and love yourself then do to everything with even a smidgeon of self hatred or rejection. Somewhere I think it is in The Way of Mastery where he says better to have a bottle of scotch for breakfast with love then a thousand vitamins with the purest foods with an ounce of self dislike. Darlings don’t bend yourself like a pretzel trying to be spiritual, just love yourself, no matter what.

Right now I am listening to the Angel Academy which one must pay for; however there are tons of free UTube’s. I love many of them but can’t remember any specific, but best as I remember the one directly on his site is a good one. I can’t tell if the earlier ones resonant better for me in actuality or just because there was a greater distance between what he was saying and where I was; now since there is not so much contrast between where I am and what he is saying, they do not seem as meaningful to me yet he still is the one that comes closest to my direct experience with his emphasis on self love as the foundation of all. I did really enjoy the first ones, now I don’t get so much out of them but for me it is a timing thing, initially each one of Matt’s talks did so much for me. I think you get plenty on the free UTube’s.
