Receiving brought me a new meaning. I used to think the art of receiving meant receiving the good stuff you want, and it does, but I see now it also means receiving the uncomfortable gnarly parts of me too. Receiving all that arises.
I knew I had to learn to love all that arises, and that practice has consistantly been evolving in me in greater and greater depth, I just never thought of it as a part of learning to receive. Now I do. What arises is all of God creating itself in form therefore all forms are to be received with equal value. What is to fear if its God arising to teach you deeper receiving and loving. God is Love.
This way of receiving is a full body full field of consciousness experience. It’s not just received and loved by the mind and heart. It’s fully received deeply into every cell of your existance. It permeates and saturates every part of you. It washes through your entire being like a wave leaving no part of you untouched. Receiving deeply. If you truly love its safe to let all that arises drip into every part of your existance of being and felt deeply in every cell of your being.
The body is a microcosim of the whole universe. In form its celluar universal consciousness. We are very expanded spiritual consciousness and its time to let that fully deeply drip into every cell of your body and permeate every cell and activate the light body into nothing but pure fluid motion that is all the Divine’s Will in action in every moment and every breathe. Breathe in and fully receive all that arises. Your expanded consciousness and your cellular body consciousness know what to do with all energy arising in your field, it instantly purifies it and breathes it back out as a crystal pure blessing for all. WHEW!
